We primarily serve the Northeast Kansas area, the City of Topeka and Shawnee County. However, our experience allows us to serve areas throughout the state of Kansas as well as other cities and states. Our residential appraisers primarily serve Shawnee, Wabaunsee, Osage, Jefferson and Jackson Counties.

All appraisers are certified in the state of Kansas and qualified as expert witnesses in court testimony.
