August 1980 to December 1981, 1984 and 1985:
Midwest Appraisal Company.
Valuation of rural, residential, utility, and commercial properties for ad valorem taxes in Nebraska and Missouri.
Clients include:
banks, savings & loans, credit unions, mortgage brokers, attorneys, relocation companies, U.S. Government (USDA, Rural Development, GSA, FDIC), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, City of Topeka, Shawnee County, Jefferson County, State of Kansas, and the District Court of Shawnee County.
Authorized by HUD to perform FHA appraisals.
Admitted as an expert witness in the District Court of Kansas.
